Credit Suisse Interns Get A Glimpse Of Investment Banking In 2022
Credit Suisse interns got a sneak peek of what life as an investment banker could look like ten years in the future – and it’s not all that different from their current reality, reports CNBC.
Five years ago, I was an intern at Credit Suisse
It was a significant experience that helped me gain insight into the life of a professional investor. I got the chance to see how they operate, who they worked with, and what they did day-to-day. It was an amazing opportunity to get a glimpse into what a career in finance would be like in five years, and it left me even more determined to make it happen.
Five years from now, I will be...
Five years from now, I will have completed my investment banking internship and be starting my second year of full-time work. I'll be moving up the ranks at Credit Suisse and working on deals worth billions of dollars. I'll have a promising future with the company and be well on my way to achieving all of my goals. I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far, but there is still plenty of room for growth in this industry. If you're interested in joining me as an intern in 2022, keep reading! You'll learn more about what it takes to make it in investment banking and the exciting opportunities that are available for credit suisse interns.
I am incredibly excited about my new opportunity with Credit Suisse and looking forward to applying everything I learned during this amazing summer experience. After completing their final year of college, many students join internships at top firms like Credit Suisse as they transition into their professional careers.
The technology we have today
Technology is more accessible than ever before and it's changing the way we work, play, and live. Just think about how much things have changed in the last five years alone. This has had a profound impact on the banking industry and it continues to evolve at an exponential pace. In fact, according to McKinsey, 45% of all global banking transactions will be managed through smart machines by 2025. That means that many of us may not need a physical bank or teller in just 10 years' time! But there are still some elements of banking that are impossible to automate, like meeting with someone face-to-face and assessing their needs. There’s no substitute for having a relationship with your bank – especially one where you can come in and talk about what matters most to you personally.
Technology in 5 years time
We are now at the point where digital technologies have become intertwined with our everyday lives, and the rate of change is accelerating. As a result, it is difficult to predict what the world will look like in five years time. For example, today most people would never consider wearing clothing without washing it first - but that might change as new fabric-like materials come on to the market which don't require washing (or even deodorant). Other fashion trends include tattoos replacing makeup or piercings for some, who won't need to get dressed up for work anymore. Meanwhile there has been a dramatic rise in the popularity of pets over traditional pets, such as cats and dogs.
Looking back, looking forward
The first thing I did when I was hired by Credit Suisse was to do a background check on myself. said Amanda, an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse. I found out that in 2027, I'll be the youngest VP in the company
ny. They say it's all about who you know, she explained, but in this day and age, it's more about what you know. With her advanced degrees from Harvard and Oxford Universities, not only does she know a lot about Finance and Marketing for their company but also holds key knowledge of other industry niches such as Computer Science and Bioengineering.
